Leading edges of technology are combined with hydrogen-powered fuel trucks because they too rely on hydrogen power as a fuel. A hydrogen fuel truck has high-pressure tanks located on it which store hydrogen gas as fuel. The fuel cell of the truck contains hydrogen, which gets into contact with oxygen from the ambient air, resulting in the generation of electricity. This electricity is then utilized for operating the electric motor of the truck. Since the only emission resulting from this reaction is water, these trucks are erosion friendly, resulting in no emissions being discharged from the exhaust pipe. Hydrogen-powered trucks have a comparatively larger range when compared to other electric vehicles and replenishing them takes less time, just like conventional fuel-powered trucks. Hydrogen-powered trucks are considered to be an effective solution for heavy-duty transportation in the future, particularly in regions where emission control is a focus area
